Identifying deficiencies and inadequacies in process and documentation 3. Development of policies and procedures, risk assessments, control frameworks, operating models, and optimization of processes. 4. Discussing and communicating ideas and policies to management and managing the Clientele effectively. 5. Closing out on audits with senior supervision and review 6. Updating Knowledge on current developments in the Risk, statutory Quality fraternity Other requirements 1. A basic understanding of methodologies and approaches in conducting risk and regulatory strategy reviews, gap analysis, and impact assessments 2. Analytical thinking,
project management skills and ability to develop innovative approaches 3. Strong domain knowledge as well as understanding of key business processes like O2C, P2P, HR payroll, production, legal and statutory compliances 4. Understanding of control rationalization, optimization, effectiveness, and efficiency 5. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
