Role & Responsibilities

- Design and analyze RCC and steel structures for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Prepare structural calculations, design reports, and construction drawings in compliance with IS Codes.
- Perform structural modeling and analysis using ETABS, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, and AutoCAD.
- Design foundations, beams, columns, slabs, footings, and other structural components.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review drawings and resolve technical and site-related design issues.
- Optimize structural designs for safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and maintain proper documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech in Structural Engineering preferred).
- 38 years of experience in structural design.




- Strong proficiency in ETABS, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, AutoCAD, and MS Excel.
- Sound knowledge of RCC and steel design, IS Codes, and construction practices.
- Experience in preparing structural calculations and detailed design documentation.
- Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
