Job Description

- Join our events team as an Experiential Events Operations Executive and play a key role in executing engaging brand experiences, activations, corporate events, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in executing experiential marketing and brand activation projects.
- Coordinate with clients, creative teams, production agencies, and vendors.
- Translate event concepts into practical operational requirements.
- Coordinate fabrication, branding, dcor, AV, furniture, and other event elements.
- Assist with vendor sourcing and quotation collection.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
- Conduct venue visits and assist with feasibility checks.
- Coordinate transportation, manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Supervise event setup and ensure execution according to approved plans.
- Provide on-ground support during live events.
- Handle last-minute changes and operational challenges.




- Coordinate event dismantling and post-event activities.
- Maintain project trackers and prepare post-event reports.
