- Lead a team of floor staff to provide exceptional guest service and ensure smooth operations on the floor.
- Handle guest complaints, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner to resolve issues promptly.
- Supervise daily activities, including check-in/check-out processes, room assignments, and housekeeping services.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety.
Job Requirements :
- 3-8 years of experience in hospitality industry with focus on hotel management or related field.
- Solid skills in guest handling, guest relations, guest service, team handling, team leadership.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
