Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and business-oriented Head Dermatologist to lead and manage the dermatology vertical at makeO Skin. This role will be responsible for driving clinical excellence, growth, and strategy for the skin vertical.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the overall skin medical domain across India.
- Manage and mentor a pan-India team of cosmetologists and dermatologists.
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols,



safety standards, and treatment quality.
- Standardise and optimise treatment procedures and service delivery across all centres.
- Drive business growth, revenue, and clinic performance in collaboration with the operations and leadership teams.
- Monitor customer experience, satisfaction scores, and the resolution of escalations.
- Conduct training programmes, audits, and performance evaluations for clinical staff.
- Introduce and implement recent dermatological treatments and technologies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations.

Requirements

- MD/DNB/DDV in Dermatology—mandatory.
- Prior experience leading multi-location teams or clinic chains.
- Strong exposure to aesthetic dermatology and cosmetology treatments.
