Role: Education & Immigration Counsellor

- Counsel students and clients on overseas education, domestic education, immigration programs, and visa pathways.
- Understand candidate profiles, academic backgrounds, work experience, career goals, and preferences to recommend suitable courses, universities, destinations, and immigration options.
- Advise clients on study visas, Australia PR, Canada PR, Visitor Visas, Work Visas, and other relevant immigration pathways.
- Provide accurate information on university admissions, eligibility criteria, intakes, scholarships, tuition fees, visa requirements, documentation, and application procedures.
- Guide students on English language requirements such as IELTS, PTE, and other accepted tests.
- Assist students and clients with university applications, admission documentation, visa documentation, and application processes.
- Coordinate with partner universities, colleges, and internal processing teams regarding applications, offers, documentation, and case updates.
- Handle inbound enquiries, follow up with prospective students and clients, and convert leads into successful admissions and immigration cases.
- Maintain accurate records, follow-ups, and application details in the CRM system.




- Build strong and long-term relationships with students, parents, and clients through professional and personalized counselling.
- Keep clients updated regarding application status, offers, documentation, visa processes, and timelines.
- Participate in education and immigration fairs, seminars, webinars, workshops, and promotional activities.
- Stay updated with changes in admission requirements, international education trends, visa policies, and immigration programs.
- Meet individual and team targets related to counselling, lead conversion, admissions, and successful case closures.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in any discipline with 2 years of experience in education/immigration counselling preferred. Excellent communication, counselling, convincing, and follow-up skills. Knowledge of overseas education and immigration/visa processes is an advantage. Target-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused candidates preferred.
