JOB PURPOSE :

As MIS Lead in the Founders' Office, your mission is to own the discipline, accuracy, and timeliness of the data flowing from all 28 facilities and every function into the founders' hands. Where the Data Analyst turns numbers into insight, you own the plumbing and the discipline that ensures those numbers are correct, standardized, and on time in the first place building the systems, enforcing the cadence, and catching discrepancies before they reach a founder's desk. You will work directly with the Chairman, MD, and ED to define what good MIS” looks like, then drive plant and function heads to meet that standard consistently. A key challenge is enforcing reporting discipline across a wide, geographically dispersed plant network without becoming an obstacle — requiring firmness on standards paired with practical judgment on how to get busy plant teams to comply.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Standardized Data Collection Cadence : 100% of 28 plants and all relevant functions submitting on a fixed daily/weekly/monthly template, with 95%+ on-time submission rate

2. Data Accuracy & Reconciliation : Less than 2% discrepancy rate between MIS figures and source systems (ERP/Tally/plant records) upon spot-check reconciliation

3. MIS System Ownership : Single source-of-truth MIS system maintained and operational 99%+ of the time, with documented backup/recovery process

4. Standardization of Reporting Formats : Uniform reporting templates in use across all plants and functions; zero founder-facing reports built on inconsistent formats

5. Escalation & Exception Flagging : Data anomalies, missing submissions, or discrepancies flagged to the founders' office within 24 hours of detection

6. Founder-Ready MIS Packs : Weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS packs delivered to founders on schedule, 100% of the time,



with zero critical errors

7. Audit Trail & Documentation : Full data lineage and change-log documentation maintained for all MIS figures, available on request for any audit or review

8. Process Improvement & Plant Onboarding : Reduce manual reporting touchpoints per plant by 25%+ year-on-year; all new/existing plants onboarded onto standard MIS process
