Job Description Head EPC & Infrastructure Practice Location: Mumbai Experience: 10–15 Years Department: Corporate Insurance / Insurance Broking About the Role We are seeking an experienced and dynamic qualified to lead the EPC & Infrastructure Insurance Practice. The role is responsible for business growth, client acquisition, insurance program design, stakeholder management, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities • Lead and establish the EPC & Infrastructure Insurance Practice. • Develop business growth strategies and acquire large corporate clients. • Provide risk advisory and design comprehensive insurance solutions. • Lead placement of complex insurance programs and negotiate with insurers. • Drive Surety Bond and Bank Guarantee solutions. • Build relationships with clients, insurers, reinsurers, consultants and lenders. • Lead and mentor the practice team.



• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution and claims support. • Represent the company at industry forums and networking events. Required Skills • Engineering, Liability, Marine, Property and Surety Insurance expertise. • Business development and strategic account management. • Commercial negotiation and stakeholder management. • Knowledge of IRDAI regulations. • Project management and leadership. • Strong communication and presentation skills. Qualifications • Graduate in any discipline. • MBA/PGDM preferred. • 10–15 years of experience in Corporate Insurance, Insurance Broking, Engineering Insurance or related domains. • Experience handling EPC, Infrastructure, Manufacturing or large corporate clients prefered.
