We are looking for a Videographer & Video Editor who can work closely with the founder/team to create high-quality video content for social media, podcasts, personal branding, and marketing.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can shoot, edit, and creatively execute content from start to finish.

You will travel with the founder for shoots, events, meetings, trips, and other projects, capturing everything from short-form reels to long-form podcast content.

The ideal candidate is not just a camera operator or an editor. We are looking for someone who understands storytelling, social media content, pacing, hooks, trends, framing, and what actually makes people stop scrolling.

Key Responsibilities

Videography & Production

- Travel with the founder/team for content shoots, meetings, events, trips, and other projects.
- Shoot high-quality Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube videos, podcasts, interviews, behind-the-scenes content, and personal-brand content.
- Handle camera, lighting, microphones, tripods/gimbals, and other production equipment.
- Set up and manage audio and lighting for podcast and interview shoots.
- Capture B-roll, lifestyle footage, behind-the-scenes moments, and supporting visuals.
- Ensure proper framing, composition, exposure, focus, and clean audio.
- Quickly adapt to different shooting environments and locations.

Video Editing

- Edit short-form content for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Edit long-form videos, podcasts, interviews, and YouTube content.
- Create engaging hooks, cuts, transitions, subtitles, motion graphics, zooms, sound effects, and other elements where appropriate.
- Select music, sound effects, B-roll, and supporting visuals.
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form videos.
- Maintain consistency in visual style, branding, captions, and storytelling.




- Deliver content within agreed timelines and handle revisions efficiently.

Creative & Content Support

- Contribute ideas for reels, videos, podcast clips, and social media content.
- Stay updated with current content trends, formats, editing styles, and viral hooks.
- Understand what works across different social platforms.
- Help develop repeatable content formats and shooting workflows.
- Think creatively during shoots and identify opportunities to capture additional content.

Requirements

- 14 years of relevant experience in videography, video production, and video editing.
- Strong knowledge of video editing software such as:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- DaVinci Resolve
- Final Cut Pro
- After Effects is a plus

- Good understanding of camera equipment, lenses, lighting, and audio.
- Experience shooting Reels, Shorts, podcasts, interviews, or personal-brand content.
- Strong understanding of framing, composition, lighting, audio, and storytelling.
- Ability to independently manage the complete workflow from shoot organize footage edit export deliver.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable travelling frequently for work.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
- Must be based in Mumbai.
- Must have your own laptop/workstation capable of professional video editing.
- Having your own camera, lenses, microphone, lights, or other production equipment is a major advantage, but not mandatory.
