- Monitor and analyze real-time data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in workforce management.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using tools like RTA (Real-Time Analytics) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement process improvements that drive efficiency gains through effective use of resources.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Job Requirements :
- 2-8 years of experience in a similar role within the banking industry.
- Robust understanding of WFM (Workforce Management) principles and practices.
- Proficiency in creating reports using RTA (Real-Time Analytics) software.
