Talent Acquisition Profile US Hiring

They want someone who is essentially a 15+ year experienced Talent Acquisition professional, currently working at Manager/Senior Manager level in an IT Services company, with solid and hands-on experience managing US recruitment across business, technology, sales, marketing, support functions, and leadership hiring.

The person should be able to independently handle:

- US Hiring: End-to-end recruitment for US-based positions across technology, business, sales, marketing, and corporate/support functions.
- Leadership Hiring: Hiring Senior Managers, Directors, CXO/critical leadership positions, and other senior-level roles for US operations.
- Sales Hiring: Inside Sales, core Sales, Business Development, Account Management, and other US sales positions.
- Marketing Hiring: US-based marketing roles across digital marketing, demand generation, product marketing, brand, and related functions.
- Tech Hiring: Particularly Salesforce, Digital Transformation, Cloud, and other IT/technology roles for the US market.
- Support Functions: HR, Finance, IT Operations, Quality, Administration, and other corporate/support positions for US locations.
- Business Hiring:



Non-technical business and functional hiring aligned with US business requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: Working directly with US business heads, hiring managers, leadership teams, and HR stakeholders.
- Team Management: Managing a team of approximately 2–4 recruiters, while remaining hands-on with critical and senior-level hiring.
- Market & Competitor Research: Strong understanding of the US talent market, competitor organizations, salary benchmarks/rate cards, target companies, talent pools, and sourcing strategies.
- LinkedIn Global: MUST-HAVE — hands-on experience using a LinkedIn Global/LinkedIn Recruiter licence for US talent sourcing. This should be genuine working experience, not simply familiarity with LinkedIn.
