Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive corporate business development and account growth for our Staffing vertical. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in client acquisition, account management, and revenue growth within the staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, pursue, and onboard new corporate clients for staffing solutions
- Drive account growth initiatives to expand business within existing clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with client stakeholders (HR/TA leaders, business heads)
- Understand client hiring needs and pitch customized staffing solutions




- Achieve revenue and business growth targets for assigned territory/accounts
- Collaborate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and identify current business opportunities
- Prepare and present business proposals, commercial terms, and SLAs to clients
- Ensure timely renewals and expansion of existing client contracts

Candidate Requirements

- 58 years of experience in Corporate Business Development and/or Account Management within the staffing industry
- Strong client acquisition and account management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to build relationships and close deals independently
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field/client visits
- Prior experience in staffing/recruitment industry preferred
