- Measuring and verifying actual work done in office against engineering drawings and contracts.
- Preparing bills like running account (RA) bills, advance payments, and final project invoices.
- Checking contractor and vendor bills to ensure correct charges and fair subcontractor payouts.
- Doing rate analysis and making material reconciliation statements to check usage.
- Coordinating with teams like site engineers, clients, and finance to control project budgets.
Verify quantities against approved drawings, BOQ and actual site work.
Preferred candidate profile - Residence from Mumbai.
