Roles and Responsibilities :

- Prepare accurate and timely client billing statements, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure that all necessary information is included in the billings, such as labor costs, materials, and equipment rental fees.
- Utilize ERP systems to track inventory levels, manage orders, and generate reports on sales performance.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries regarding billing discrepancies or concerns.

Job Requirements :

- 3-6 years of experience in civil engineering construction projects with a focus on client billing.
- Proficiency in Autocad software for creating detailed drawings and designs.
- Solid understanding of BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation process for estimating project costs accurately.
- Excellent English communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
