About the Role
We are looking for a Business Executive – Monetization to drive revenue by acquiring brands and executing advertising/BTL campaigns across residential societies.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire recent brands and generate sales leads.
- Manage client relationships and drive repeat business.
- Understand client briefs and plan society-level campaigns.
- Execute on-ground activities such as banners, lift frames, standees and D2D sampling.
- Coordinate with vendors,
promoters and society management.
- Obtain required society permissions and ensure smooth execution.
- Conduct regular society visits to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure campaign quality, timelines and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Advertising or BTL/Activations.
- Strong communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive and execution-focused.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns independently.
- Society marketing/advertising experience is an advantage.
