Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of testers for ETL data warehouse and BI projects
- Develop test strategies, QA frameworks, and maintain best practices
- Oversee test planning, estimation, and resource allocation
- Review and approve test plans, test cases, and scenarios
- Monitor testing progress and provide regular stakeholder updates
- Manage defect tracking and resolution across teams
- Coordinate with developers, business users, and stakeholders
- Establish KPIs and metrics for testing effectiveness
- Mentor team members and drive career development
- Manage UAT activities and client relationships
- Conduct performance reviews and skill assessments
- Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies
- Ensure compliance with data quality and governance standards
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines

Mandatory Skills

- Data Testing (ETL, BI validation)




- ETL Concepts and methodologies
- Python for Data Testing and automation
- Advanced SQL and database management
- Test management tools (ALM, JIRA)
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and frameworks

Secondary Skills

- Qlik (QlikView, Qlik Sense) testing and validation
- Test automation frameworks and strategies
- BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI)
- Data governance and compliance knowledge
- Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Testing certifications (ISTQB, CSTE)
- Experience managing offshore/onshore QA teams
