Roles Responsibilities:

- Exposure to international or US clients (preferred).
- Prior experience in Digital Marketing (SEO) or as a Project Coordinator/Executive (up to 12 months).
- Robust written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage clients through calls and emails.
- Assist in managing projects and coordinating between internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and internal departments, including support, technology and service teams.
- Track client feedback, requests, and escalations to ensure timely follow-ups and resolutions.
- Support planning and execution of monthly retention strategies and client receivables.
- Help develop solutions that align with client needs while keeping the internal team updated on progress.
- Document meeting minutes, client feedback, and project updates for effective tracking and communication.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative attitude, even in challenging circumstances.




- Build strong interpersonal relationships with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint for documentation and reporting purposes.
