Research Analyst Managerial Role

We are looking for a SEBI-qualified NISM XV Research Analyst with strong managerial and leadership skills who can handle stock market research along with key business and operational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct and supervise research in Equity, Futures & Options (F&O;).
- Manage and coordinate the research team and day-to-day activities.
- Work closely with senior management in business and operational decision-making.
- Take ownership of projects and ensure their timely execution.
- Handle SEBI RA-related regulatory and compliance responsibilities as required.
- Take ownership of additional managerial and business responsibilities when required.

Requirements

- Valid NISM Research Analyst Certification Mandatory.
- Qualification as prescribed under applicable SEBI Research Analyst Regulations.
- Strong knowledge of the Indian stock market, Equity and F&O;.
- Strong managerial, leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Valuable communication and team coordination skills.
- Ability to independently take ownership and manage multiple responsibilities.
