- Lead the delivery team for Trade Finance Operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
- Manage program delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting on projects related to trade finance operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
- Oversee technology delivery initiatives such as process automation and system upgrades.
Job Requirements :
- 15-25 years of experience in financial services industry with expertise in trade finance operations or similar field.
- Proven track record in managing complex programs or projects within BFSI sector.
- Robust understanding of business process management, digital transformation, and solution delivery methodologies.
- Experience working with DHFL Pramerica Life Insurance or similar organizations is desirable.
