Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js.
- Develop robust backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices using Java/Spring Boot.
- Build responsive and reusable user interfaces using React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Integrate React frontend applications with backend REST APIs and services.
- Work with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MongoDB.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and high-quality code following coding standards.
- Implement application security, authentication, authorization, and appropriate error handling.
- Troubleshoot application issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Write unit and integration tests and participate in code reviews.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, and other development teams.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to application performance optimization, scalability, and continuous improvement.

Mandatory Technical Skills

Backend Java





- Strong hands-on experience with Core Java.
- Strong experience with Java 8/11/17+.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA/Hibernate.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and Microservices Architecture.
- Positive knowledge of OOP, Collections, Exception Handling, Multithreading, Streams, and Design Patterns.
- Strong experience with SQL and relational databases.

Frontend – React

- Strong hands-on experience with React.js.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript/ES6+, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with React Hooks, Components, State Management, and reusable UI components.
- Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs.
- Knowledge of Redux or other state-management frameworks is an advantage.

Development & Tools

- Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, JUnit, and Mockito.
- Good understanding of CI/CD practices.
- Exposure to Docker/Kubernetes is preferred.
- Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is an added advantage.
