Compensation & Work Schedule:
- Salary: 51,810 CTC
- Approx. 45,800 In-hand (Including PLI)
- 5 Days Working
- 24/7 Rotational Shifts
- Rotational Week Offs
- No Transport Facility Provided
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of International Voice Experience Mandatory
- Excellent English Communication Skills
- Comfortable with 24/7 Rotational Shifts
- Immediate Joiners Preferred
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from US customers requiring roadside assistance services.
- Coordinate with service providers such as towing companies, locksmiths, and fuel delivery partners to resolve customer issues.
- Accurately document customer interactions and service requests in the system.
- Provide prompt, professional, and empathetic customer support while maintaining service quality standards.
