ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Manager to manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations at Webnyay.

The ideal candidate should have 2-6 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation and compliance, and the ability to independently manage financial records, reporting, invoicing and reconciliations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Prepare journal entries and reconcile bank statements.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS and periodic financial reports.
- Manage invoicing, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Track outstanding payments and coordinate payment follow-ups.
- Monitor expenses, cash flows and financial transactions.
- Ensure timely and accurate accounting entries and reconciliations.
- Assist with taxation and statutory compliance activities.
- Maintain relevant financial and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant (CA) and auditors.
- Support internal and external audit processes.
- Provide required financial records,



reports and documentation to the CA and auditors.
- Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting-related issues.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

Must-Have:

- 2-6 years of relevant experience in Accounting & Finance.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance or a related field; B.Com preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Positive knowledge of taxation and statutory compliance.
- Experience in preparing MIS and financial statements.
- Hands-on experience with accounts payable and receivable.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Experience with accounting/invoicing software such as Zoho.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day finance operations.
- Strong coordination skills with CA, auditors and internal teams.
- Own laptop with MS Word and MS Excel.

GOOD TO HAVE

- Experience in a startup or rapid-growing organization.
- Experience handling complete accounting operations independently.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Experience with Zoho Books, Zoho Invoice or similar accounting platforms.

Working Hours:
MondayFriday: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Saturday: Half-day, Work from Home

Working Days: 5.5 days/week
