Job Designation : Technical Manager ( Specification )

Role & Responsibilities

The Senior Technical Manager - Speciation is responsible for driving company engineering influence within key consultancy accounts (MEP, structural, and faade Architects , BUilders ),This role focuses on strengthening specification footprint by building deep technical relationships, promoting engineering solutions, and ensuring alignment across internal engineering, sales, and project teams. The position is a strategic partner to specifiers and influencers, enabling long-term, sustainable business growth.





Detailed mapping of the selected accounts by clearly identifying the various functions, decision makers and influence networks

- Establish and maintain robust relationship with the key stakeholders of the identified accounts through regular visits and strategic engagements

- Drive topics related to anchoring, installation systems, firestops and ACT by developing account-specific influence plans

- Build a robust specifications pipeline in the assigned territory

- Lead top-priority projects, ensuring initiatives align with organizational objectives by collaborating with internal stakeholders (field engineering / sales / engineering back office)

- Maintain updated account information: org charts, approvals, project data, and engagement plans.

- Conduct periodic performance reviews of accounts, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.

- Monitor competitor activities and market trends within consultancy networks.

- Represent Company at industry events, conferences, and technical bodies.

Location of the Job : Delhi / Gurgaon . Noida

Qualification/Technical Knowledge : - BE

Experience : Minimum 3 Years
