Hiring: VC/AV Engineer | 2+ Years Experience

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled VC/AV Engineer with hands-on experience in Video Conferencing and Audio-Visual technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and experience managing AV systems for conferences, webinars, and live events.

Experience Required

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in VC/AV solutions
Experience in network management and IT security management preferred
Cisco WebEx knowledge will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and operate AV equipment including microphones, speakers, cameras, switchers, mixers, and projectors.
- Manage AV systems for video conferences, webinars, live events, and studio productions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve AV issues in real time.
- Support incident management, fault identification, escalation, and resolution.
- Maintain and upgrade AV hardware and software systems.
- Document AV configurations, workflows,



and maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with vendors and carriers for issue resolution.
- Stay updated on emerging AV technologies and industry trends.

Technical Skills

- Strong understanding of audio signal flow, gain staging, and video formats/resolutions.
- Experience with ticketing and change management systems.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework.
- Basic network troubleshooting and fault management.
- Experience with Cisco AV/WebEx is preferred.

Qualification

BE / B.Tech / Diploma in IT or related field
