We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our growing team and help drive brand visibility, lead generation, and sales support across our real estate projects.
Position Overview
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns to promote the company's real estate projects, generate qualified leads, and strengthen brand presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute marketing campaigns (print, outdoor, and on-ground activities) to promote real estate projects
Generate and qualify leads through offline channels such as property expos, exhibitions, and promotional events
Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales targets
Manage and update company listings on real estate portals (99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com, etc.)
Plan and execute site visits, property exhibitions, and promotional events
Coordinate with the design/print team for marketing collateral such as brochures, hoardings, banners,



and standees
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements
Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and real estate agents
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences
Coordinate advertising placements in newspapers, magazines, and local media
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
14 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work with sales teams and channel partners
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Self-motivated with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Local candidates from Gurugram/NCR preferred
Preferred Skills
Experience with real estate portals and CRM tools
Good negotiation and vendor coordination skills
Understanding of real estate market trends and property pricing
Compensation
As per industry standards, commensurate with experience.
