Role & responsibilities

1. Structural Design & Analysis

* Lead the design and analysis of complex structural systems using advanced engineering tools.

* Ensure structural integrity, safety, and cost-efficiency across all projects.

* Review and validate calculations, drawings, and models prepared by junior engineers.

2. Project Leadership & Coordination

* Manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept to execution.

* Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

* Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.

3. Material & Cost Optimization

* Recommend suitable materials (steel, RCC, PT, etc.) based on project requirements and budget.

* Drive value engineering initiatives to optimize cost without compromising safety.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

* Ensure all designs comply with relevant IS codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.

* Conduct technical audits and ensure adherence to best practices.

5. Site Supervision & Technical Support

* Provide in office technical guidance and resolve structural issues during execution.

* Conduct site inspections and ensure alignment with design intent.

6. Team Mentorship

* Mentor and guide junior engineers and design team members.

* Review their work and support skill development.
