About the Role
We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy production-ready AI systems. The role involves working across AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, and software engineering to build scalable AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and deploy LLM-powered features, including AI Agents and RAG pipelines.
- Develop and integrate AI/ML models into production systems.
- Work on fine-tuning, prompt engineering, model selection, and evaluation.
- Build data pipelines for ML training, evaluation, and monitoring using Airflow, dbt, or Spark.
- Implement model evaluation, benchmarking, hallucination detection, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with product, design, and infrastructure teams to deliver reliable and scalable AI solutions.

Required Skills





- 4-7 years of software engineering experience with 4+ years in production AI/ML systems.
- Robust proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, LangChain, and/or LangGraph.
- Experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or pgvector.
- Understanding of NLP, semantic search, model evaluation, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP and containerized deployments.
- Familiarity with data engineering and ETL pipelines.

Preferred

- Experience with fine-tuning / RLHF and open-source models such as LLaMA, Mistral, or Falcon.
- Experience in NLP, information retrieval, or recommendation systems.
- Knowledge of AI governance, data privacy, and responsible AI.
