Job Summary

We are looking for a Manager Quality & Warranty Assurance to improve product reliability, reduce field failures, and manage the warranty ecosystem for EV 3-wheeler platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and analyze field quality and vehicle failure data.
- Track failures related to batteries, BMS, motors, motor controllers, DC-DC converters, and mechanical components.
- Develop and implement warranty SOPs and processes.
- Validate warranty claims and ensure proper documentation.
- Manage incoming parts inspection and warranty part tagging.
- Review dealer warranty claims and settlement processes.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using 8D, 5-Why, and other quality methodologies.
- Coordinate with suppliers and R&D; teams for corrective and preventive actions.




- Monitor supplier quality and component reliability.
- Conduct vendor quality audits and establish quality assurance checkpoints.
- Track Cost of Quality (CoQ) and implement improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in automotive quality/warranty management.
- Solid knowledge of EV systems, battery packs, and BMS preferred.
- Experience with RCA, 8D, 5-Why, and quality tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
