Job Summary

We are looking for a Manager Spare Parts to manage the end-to-end component supply chain for our EV 3-wheeler fleet. The role will focus on demand forecasting, inventory optimization, supplier development, and reverse logistics for EV-specific and mechanical components.

Key Responsibilities

- Forecast spare parts demand for dealer networks and centralized fleet hubs.
- Plan and optimize inventory levels for EV components such as batteries, controllers, motors, wiring harnesses, and mechanical parts.
- Ensure timely availability of critical spare parts across the service network.
- Develop and manage suppliers for Tier-2 spare parts and post-warranty vehicle requirements.
- Establish reverse logistics processes for battery diagnostics, warranty returns, and recycling.
- Monitor stock movement, ageing,



availability, and inventory costs.
- Coordinate with service, procurement, warehouse, and dealer teams.
- Track and achieve spare parts business and operational targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate/Diploma in Automobile, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in automotive spare parts management.
- Experience in EV components or commercial vehicle fleets will be preferred.
- Robust knowledge of inventory management, supplier coordination, and logistics.

Good analytical and communication skills.
