Role & responsibilities

Handle showroom customers and generate sales.

* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable wallpapers, wallcoverings, furniture & dcor.

* Generate quotations and follow up with leads until closure.

* Develop relationships with interior designers, architects, contractors & builders.

* Handle leads from WhatsApp, Instagram, website and phone calls.

* Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer relationships.

* Coordinate with design, production and installation teams for orders.

* Follow up for payments and ensure smooth order execution.

Preferred candidate profile

- Should having good communication, fluent in English, Hindi and Having convincing skills.
- Having positive knowledge of colors phycology.
- Interpret and translate customer needs with most suitable options of designs.
- Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices.
- Focus towards upgrade sales and achieve Goals Set up by the organization.
