- Handle customer calls, resolve their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products/services to customers through phone conversations.
- Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services based on customer needs.
- Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 0-4 years of experience in BPO or call center environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Robust understanding of post-sales processes and procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
