. Position Summary

Level: Oracle FCCS Senior Consultant

As a Senior Consultant, you will engage in delivering Operational Support for Oracle FCCS. You will be working with diverse global clients across various industries. Your responsibilities will include managing operational support requests. Youll serve as an expert liaison between technology teams and business stakeholders, ensuring Oracle FCCS delivers optimal value to the organization’s close and consolidation functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Application & User Support
- Provide operational support to clients across time zones, addressing project and service delivery requests as required.
- Resolve complex technical and functional FCCS incidents, by performing thorough root cause analysis.
- Support month-end close, consolidations, intercompany eliminations, and compliance checks.
- Respond promptly to user queries and troubleshoot day-to-day operational issues.
- Mentor consultants; conduct training and develop support playbooks.
- System Enhancement & Configuration
- Ability to manage and understand business rules, consolidations, data integrations, and reporting.
- Manage and maintain seamless operations of integration pipelines between FCCS, ERP, and other finance systems.
- Oversee security models, user roles, and controls for compliance.
- Maintain synchronization across all EPM environments.
- Data Integration & Automation
- Understand and ensure seamless execution of integration processes using EPM Automate, Data Management/FDMEE, Data Exchange and REST API.
- Address maintenance updates in relation to data integration and automation processes.
- Ensure error-free data loads and investigate any fall outs, suggest and implement corrective measures to address incidents.
- Process Improvement & Documentation




- Document solution approaches, technical designs, procedures, and best practices.
- Prepare/update detailed documentation in relation to existing processes, admin activities and workflows.
- Analyze and improve operational support and delivery processes for reliability and client satisfaction.
- Prepare/update user training guides and create job aids for updated processes.
- Collaboration & Leadership
- Act as a subject matter expert, advising business stakeholders on FCCS queries and capabilities.
- Manage teams effectively to deliver client requirements on a timely basis.
- Mentor and support other consultants on best practices.
- Liaise with Oracle support for issue resolution and participate in community knowledge sharing.

Required Skills/Experience:

- 5.-8 years’ deep technical and functional experience with Oracle FCC/HFM.
- Strong understanding of financial consolidation, close processes, and system integrations.
- Advanced skill in business rule development, consolidation logic, and report configuration.
- Effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency with EPM Automate, scripting, and Smart View analysis.
- Experienced in data validation, reconciliation, and compliance documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

- Oracle Cloud FCCS certification.
- Familiarity with broader Oracle EPM Suite (NR, ARCS, PCMCS, EPBCS, TRCS).
- Exposure to Agile project delivery methodology.
- Prior experience in supporting global or multi-entity environments.
