Job Description *

Role & Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end technical product delivery in Workday HCM, Security, and Integrations.

- Lead Workday technical modules including Core HCM, Security, Integrations.

- Design, develop, and support integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, APIs, Web Services.

- Oversee product roadmap, stakeholder engagement, and issue resolution.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and client leadership.

- Manage ServiceNow / JIRA tickets, track escalations, and ensure SLA compliance.

- For Senior Product Manager: Manage Workday Integration Hub using APIs, Web Services, Dell Boomi.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 6+ years (Technical Product Delivery Manager / Technical Lead) OR 8+ years (Senior Product Manager) of IT experience.

- Strong expertise in Workday HCM, Integrations, and Security.

- Experience with ServiceNow / JIRA, and API-based integrations.

- Robust leadership and client engagement skills.

- Workday certifications preferred.
