Job Title: Paint / Furniture Supervisor

Location: Delhi (Chhatarpur )

Experience Required: 7 - 10 Years

Salary Budget: 60 k to 65 k per monthly

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Paint Supervisor from the Furniture or Modular Kitchen Industry to supervise and manage all painting, polishing, and finishing activities. The candidate should have strong knowledge of metal polishing, PU paint, and furnishing/finishing processes and be responsible for maintaining quality and production reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily painting, polishing, and finishing activities.
- Manage and monitor Metal Polishing processes and ensure high-quality finishing.
- Supervise PU Paint application and ensure proper colour, texture, and finish quality.
- Monitor furnishing and final finishing work as per quality standards.
- Maintain daily production, quality, and work progress reports in registers.




- Ensure proper reporting and documentation of painting and polishing activities.
- Monitor material consumption and minimise wastage.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure finished products meet company standards.
- Coordinate with production and other departments for timely completion of work.
- Supervise painters, polishers, and other shop-floor workers.
- Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of the paint and polishing area.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain discipline on the shop floor.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 7-10 years of experience as a Paint Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Experience must be from the Furniture or Modular Kitchen Industry only.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Metal Polishing
- PU Paint
- Furniture Painting and Finishing
- Furnishing and Final Finishing
- Experience in maintaining manual registers and production reports.
- Robust team handling and shop-floor supervision skills.
- Good understanding of quality control and finishing standards.
