- Manage the procurement of office supplies and equipments.
- Ensure all office equipment is functional and maintained for the smooth operation in the office.
- Create and process purchase orders for all expenses.
- Submit bills and other financial documents to the finance department in a timely manner.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to support the efficient
- operation of the office.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely invoicing and payments.
- Liaise and coordinate with vendors daily.
- Arrange car bookings for domestic travel as required.
- Maintain and update contact lists for events.
- Responsible for visa documents collection.
- Issue travel insurance and manage Forex card liaisoning.
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum Qualification Graduation / MBA
Minimum Experience Two- three years experience in a similar role is preferred
Preferred / Additional Experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in qualified correspondence, documentation, and day-to-day administrative communication is preferred.
