Role & Responsibilities

- Perform end-to-end Mulesoft Platform Administration

- Manage Cloudhub2, RTF and FlexGateway environments

- Support OpenShift setup and configurations on AWS and Azure

- Oversee Flex Gateway lifecycle including upgrades and patching

- Handle APIM tasks such as TLS certificate renewals and configuration

- Perform backup and restore activities and ensure platform stability

- Monitor platform capacity, performance and health checks

- Coordinate firewall change requests and troubleshoot platform issues

- Manage incident handling and ensure timely resolution

- Work with CI/CD tools including Terraform, Tekton and ArgoCD (KINO)

- Document processes and tasks for knowledge transfer

- Collaborate with EIP/OpenShift support teams and drive continuous improvements

Preferred Candidate Profile





- 5 to 8 years of overall experience with minimum 4 years in Mulesoft Platform Administration

- Strong hands-on experience in Cloudhub2, RTF and FlexGateway

- Good understanding of OpenShift in AWS and Azure

- Experience with CI/CD tools including Terraform, Tekton and ArgoCD

- Robust knowledge of APIM operations and TLS certificate lifecycle

- Solid experience in cloud operations and platform support

- Good troubleshooting, analytical and incident management skills

- Strong documentation, communication and coordination abilities

- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
