Job description

Experienced Java & AWS Technical Lead to lead the design and delivery of scalable, cloud-native enterprise applications while providing technical direction to engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead architecture, design, development, and delivery of Java/Spring Boot and AWS solutions.
- Design microservices, REST APIs, event-driven and cloud-native architectures.
- Drive use of AWS services including EKS/ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, SQS/SNS, and CloudWatch.
- Provide technical leadership, conduct code/design reviews, and mentor engineering teams.
- Drive CI/CD, DevOps, security, performance, scalability, and reliability best practices.
- Collaborate with architects, product teams, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Support technical solutioning, estimation, POCs, and application modernization initiatives.

Required Skills





- 8+ years of software engineering experience with strong hands-on coding experience with Java 17+, Spring Boot, and AWS.
- Hands-on experience with AWS API Gateway, Lambda, SQS, S3, and RDS.
- Strong understanding of Event-Driven Architecture and API Design Patterns.
- Experience with AWS CloudWatch, Log Insights, and log analytics for distributed tracing and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding and implementation experience with OAuth 2.0 authentication and authorization.
- Experience with Microservices, REST APIs, distributed systems, and messaging.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud-native development.
- Robust problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor development teams.

Manager - Level

Bangalore or Chennai. Bangalore is Preferred.
