- Facilitate Agile development teams in achieving project goals using Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, develop backlog items, and create user stories.
- Coach team members on best practices for iterative delivery, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure effective communication among stakeholders through regular stand-ups, retrospectives, and progress updates.
Job Requirements :
- 6-10 years of experience as an Agile Facilitator or similar role.
- Solid understanding of Scrum Master principles and practices (Scrum).
- Experience with Kanban Cards creation and usage (Kanban).
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA/Confluence for tracking issues and managing workflows.
