Job Summary
Looking for a Desktop Support Engineer with strong hands-on experience in end-user support, hardware/software troubleshooting, networking, Wi-Fi and printer support.
Key Skills

- L1/L2 Desktop & End-User Support
- Windows 10/11 troubleshooting
- Hardware, software and peripheral troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, IP & MAC Address
- DHCP, DNS, APIPA and DORA
- LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
- Knowledge of UTP, RJ45, Fiber, SFP and LIU
- Basic knowledge of L2/L3 Switch, VLAN, STP and Firewall
- Wi-Fi concepts WAP and SSID
- Troubleshooting using ipconfig, ping, tracert, nslookup
- Network Printer,



Barcode Printer & Thermal Printer support
- Printer driver, queue, spooler, IP/port troubleshooting
- Basic Active Directory and ITSM/Ticketing knowledge
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills

Preferred Industry Experience
Candidates from E-commerce, Logistics, Warehouse, Retail, Supply Chain or similar environments will be preferred.
