Team Lead / Assistant Manager - A2W (US Claims)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced A2W (Acquire to Work) US Claims skilled with strong exposure to HR Operations and HR Administration processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing US employee claims and benefits-related operations while leading a team.

Note: Candidates from the US Healthcare Claims/Medical Billing/RCM domain will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end US Claims operations within the HR Shared Services environment.
- Handle employee claims related to benefits, reimbursements, leave, disability, workers compensation, and other HR operational processes.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team while driving productivity and service delivery.
- Ensure SLA adherence, quality compliance, and process excellence.




- Act as an escalation point for complex claims and operational issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, HR teams, and business partners across geographies.
- Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.

Mandatory Skills:

- Experience in A2W (Acquire to Work) / HR Operations / HR Administration.
- Strong exposure to US Claims processes within HR Shared Services/HR Operations.
- Team handling experience is mandatory.
- Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, Quality, and Escalations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with HRMS tools such as Workday, ServiceNow, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.

Preferred Skills:

- Exposure to Global HR Operations or Shared Services environment.
- Knowledge of US employee lifecycle processes and benefits administration.
- Reporting and analytics experience.
