- Manage procurement processes from sourcing to contract management, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Analyze market trends, identify opportunities for cost savings, and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize spend.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop budgets, track expenses, and provide financial reporting on procurement activities.
Job Requirements :
- 12-20 years of experience in procurement & sourcing specialist role within the engineering & construction industry.
- Solid expertise in budgeting, cost control, contract management, negotiation, supplier development, supplier evaluation, vendor risk management (VRM), localization.
