We are seeking a skilled Desktop Engineer to manage, maintain, and support end-user computing environments. The ideal candidate should have experience in desktop support, Windows administration, software deployment, hardware troubleshooting, and endpoint management. The role requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide technical support to end users.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L1/L2/L3 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 operating systems.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies through Active Directory.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Perform software installation, upgrades, patch management, and system imaging.
- Configure and maintain endpoint management tools such as Intune, SCCM/MECM, or similar solutions.
- Troubleshoot hardware, operating system, network, and application issues.




- Support VPN connectivity and remote access solutions.
- Maintain asset inventory and documentation of IT support activities.
- Ensure endpoint security compliance, antivirus management, and security updates.
- Coordinate with network, server, and security teams for issue resolution.
- Provide technical assistance during onboarding and offboarding activities.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS basics.
- Expertise in Microsoft 365 administration and support.
- Hands-on experience with Intune, SCCM/MECM, or endpoint management tools.
- Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN).
- Experience with remote support tools.
