Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute marketing campaigns using Salesforce.com's workflow tools.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the company's sales process.
- Design and develop custom solutions using Salesforce.com's workflow tools like Apex and LWC.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide effective solutions.
- Implement best practices in managing workflows and implementing CRM systems.

Job Requirements :

- Solid understanding of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.com, and ability to develop effective implementation strategies.
- Proficiency in developing custom solutions using Salesforce.com's workflow tools such as Apex and LWC.
- Experience with Workflow, Plugins, and CRM is desirable.
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT Services & Consulting industry.
