Qualification - Minimum 15 years of regular, full time education (10 + 2 + 3)

Shift- Rotational 24/7(including night shift)

Retail Digital Marketing-

- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of e-commerce & retail domain
- Good interpersonal kills
- Planning, presentation skills
- Time management skills
- Willingness to work in 24/7 shift
- Should take ownership and responsibility
- Quick learner
- Ensure all activities are performed as per the agreed SLA
- Timely & accurate reports
- Identifying adhoc requirements/exceptions and ensure it is fulfilled with sense of urgency
- Collaboration with IT and other teams to accomplish the task
- Monitor site performance and raise incident when deviation occur




- Stakeholder communication
- Ensure that all major risks are identified, documented and appropriately dealt with

Job Role-

Create and publish engaging content.

Liaise with content writers to ensure consistency across website.

Ensure compliance with law (e.g., restriction and trademarks)

Responsible for driving 3rd party brands presence across all channels.

Identify team needs and implement or drive required changes to evolve and improve creative workflow processes to ensure the team is working at optimum efficiency.

Lead regular weekly status reviews of production deliverables and quality reviews
