Main Responsibilities

- Explainer video creation Create explainer videos from end to end which includes story board creation, graphic asset creation, visualization, and animation, leveraging video making tools
- Static design – Visualize the concepts, strategies, and solutions. Create market collaterals including flyers, brochures, posters and logos while adhering to corporate branding guidelines in terms of color usages, icons and images
- PPTs visual upliftment - Enhance power point presentations using relevant infographics, animations, color themes as per the standard templates

Key Requirements

- You have a degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, with prior experience as a Motion Graphics Designer as well as a solid portfolio of sample projects
- You possess strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools
- Solid portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphics, animations, and video projects
- Understanding of storyboarding, pacing,



transitions, and visual narrative structure
- You have a strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and design fundamentals (typography, color, composition)
- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in creative team settings
- Willingness to receive feedback and iterate on concepts to achieve the best outcome
- Maintain consistency, quality, and brand identity across all video outputs.

Tools Knowledge

- Adobe After Effects: for 2D animation, VFX, and motion design
- Premiere Pro: for video editing and timeline integration
- Illustrator & Photoshop: for asset creation and image manipulation
- Cinema 4D or Blender: for 3D animation and modeling is a plus
- PowerPoint : For Decks
