Role: Business Development Associate – Field Sales

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, doctors, clinics & diagnostic centres.
- Onboard current healthcare partners and generate patient loan referrals.
- Conduct regular hospital visits and generate leads.
- Interact with patients and explain loan & crowdfunding solutions.
- Assist with application/documentation and coordinate for faster closures.
- Track leads, conversions and daily performance.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1+ year of experience in Field Sales / Business Development / Healthcare / Fintech / Insurance / Financial Services.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- English mandatory.
- Comfortable with regular local travel.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
