Job Summary

We are looking for a Fresher Mechanical Engineering candidate to join our production team as a Laser Machine Operator.

The candidate will receive practical training in CNC Laser Cutting Machine Operation, Engineering Drawing Reading, AutoCAD, Sheet Metal Fabrication, and Production Activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Learn and operate CNC Laser Cutting Machines.
- Read and understand mechanical and engineering drawings.
- Learn CNC laser cutting programs and machine settings.
- Assist in setting machine parameters according to material and thickness.
- Handle MS, SS, aluminium, and other sheet-metal materials.
- Check cut components for dimensions and quality.
- Use basic measuring instruments such as vernier calipers and measuring tapes.
- Assist the production team in achieving daily production targets.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and follow basic maintenance procedures.
- Maintain production and job records.
- Follow company quality and safety procedures.
- Learn basic troubleshooting of laser cutting machines.

- Mechanical design and engineering knowledge.
- Site supervision and project coordination.
- BOQ and quantity understanding.

- Knowledge of quality and safety requirements.
- Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.

Eligibility

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of mechanical drawings preferred.
- Willingness to learn CNC Laser Machine operation.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Candidates should be technically interested and willing to work in a manufacturing/production environment.
