-Should have mainframe development experience
- Experience in data analysis with good exp / skills in SQL.
- Worked in payment related projects
- Proven interpersonal skills in being the trustworthy bridge between Business Users and Technical teams with clear ,transparent communication of bigger product(requirement) idea, its business values , risk & impacts, and implications to technology with valuable prioritization skills
- Experience working in Agile Team. Interact with Product Owner and refine Product Backlog.
- Support development team in clarifying the backlog stories.
- Work closely with Scrum masters in planning agile sprint.
