Required Skills & Experience:
• 10+ years of experience in DevOps, Engineering, or Developer Productivity
roles.
• Strong experience with Java development environments, including build tools like
Maven or Gradle.
• Solid experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Jenkins, GitLab, Traefik, and Iso.
• Deep understanding of AWS infrastructure and services.
• Proven experience improving developer workflows and reducing fric7on in the SDLC.
• Proficiency in scrip7ng and automa7on (e.g., Python, Bash).
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools: Grafana, ELK, New Relic.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Cross Plane).
• Excellent communicaton and collabora7on skills, with a developer-first mindset.
