Roles and Responsibilities :

- Support financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting.
- Develop and maintain dashboards for revenue, margins, expenses, collections, cash flow, and business performance.
- Perform variance analysis, trend analysis, scenario building, and provide strategic business insights.
- Build financial models to support pricing, margin improvement, and business planning.
- Act as a key point of contact for intercompany billing, reconciliations, and reporting with global teams.
- Ensure timely tracking and reconciliation of intercompany invoices, credit notes, and outstanding balances.
- Drive finance automation and digital transformation initiatives using Advanced Excel, Power BI, Power Query, VBA, and Power Automate.
- Work closely with Finance and Global IT teams on SAP/ERP improvements, reporting enhancements,



and automation projects.
- Develop SOPs, standardized reporting templates, data dictionaries, and documentation for finance processes.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and provide proactive analytical and technology-driven solutions.
- Job Requirements :

- 2-6 years of experience in finance or accounting role with a focus on analytics and reporting.
- Solid proficiency in Power BI, VBA programming language for creating macros and automating tasks.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, accounts payable/receivable management using ERP systems like SAP.
- Familiarity with augmented reality technologies (AR) or similar tools is an added advantage.
